The Artist

Daniel's work embodies the concept of the line as a representation of life and the world around us. He adheres to a unique set of self-imposed rules, avoiding right angles and straight lines, which adds a distinctive character to his art. Although his creations may appear simple in concept, they are imbued with a spirit of creativity and discovery. He experiments with various techniques and materials, from beach sand to creating three-dimensional labyrinths out of wood, all while staying true to his artistic principles.

His work has been exhibited internationally, including prestigious venues such as the Museum of Modern Art in Mexico City and the Hilario Galguera Gallery. He has also held residencies and exhibitions in locations such as London, Paris, St. Barth’s, NYC, and Bali. His art has been featured in prominent publications like the Robb Report, Numéro Netherlands, Angeleno Magazine, and El Heraldo de México. In addition to his current projects, Daniel Dugan is collaborating with Tiffany & Co.
